Unleashing the Lioness: Poised and Positioned

According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary the definition of poised is “to put into readiness – be ready.” I looked up the word positioned and it means “an act of placing or arranging.” It also stated that position is “a point of view that is adopted and held on to.”

Again, I’m drawn to the lioness.

The lioness is aggressive by nature which is why she is the hunter. She is extremely intelligent and proves it by being strategic with purpose and coordinate with her attacks.

When she is locked in on her target, is she not ready and in place…poised and positioned?

She stalks her objective, patiently waiting for the precise moment to unleash.

In the pursuit of your purpose in God apply 1 Corinthians 16:13 adamantly.

  1. Be on your guard. Opposition will come against you, it is inevitable. Arm yourself with the word of God. Ephesians 6:10-18
  2. Stand firm in the faith. Although the adversary will come against you, the One greater than he is within you. 1 John 4:4
  3. Be courageous. Hope in Christ will give you courage. Psalm 31:24 Be as bold as a lion(ess). Proverbs 28:1b
  4. Be strong. In your weakness, Christ’s strength is perfected. 2 Corinthians 12:9-11

Likewise, when it pertains to God’s purpose in your life, violently pursue it. Be aggressive in the hunt of the manifestation of your destiny.

Are you strategic about advancing your purpose in Christ? Coordinate your steps to move forward with your heavenly purpose. Be intentional with your destiny. Be ready and in place to do what God has planned for your life.

Your objective is the fulfillment of your purpose in Christ. Focus on your target. Tune out all distractions. Concentrate on your goal. When your mark is within your grasp…UNLEASH.

Young women, now is the time, unleash the lioness!

Prayer: Lord, you are high and lifted up. You are the Lion of Judah who is always poised and positioned. Teach me your ways dear God. Help me to be the lioness you have ordained. I desire to have the characteristics of my Heavenly Father. I want to please you. I’m ready and in place to receive the purpose you have for me life. Where you lead, I will follow. I give you glory, honor, and praise. In Jesus’ name, amen.
